This PR updates the general scenarios and includes an additional constraint scenario to make the user inputs clearer. It also removes an unnecessary function for updating the datapackage because this is no longer needed now it is fully automated. Also, the user used to choose between which value to take when they entered all cost parameters, but now this is chosen automatically.
