Example scenarios

Create/adapt example scenarios to assist the user for different cases:

• general_basic: basic scenario to show how an energy system can be set up
• general_add_cost_inputs: a scenario including the cost inputs: CAPEX, OPEX fix, and lifetime
• wefe_pv_panel: simple scenario using the pv_panel facade (solar irradiance input, DC electricity output)
• wefe_reverse_osmosis: scenario that models the reverse osmosis process
