Investment in CHP possible, but not defined in facade_attrs #21

The facades Backpressure and ExtractionTurbine allow investment. Investment attributes (capacity_cost, expandable) are not defined in the facade_attrs.

TODO: Update facade_attrs.

@MaGering: I checked the investment of the chp components again and confirmed that investment in backpressure works as expected. For extraction, the above-mentioned modeling error persists. Can you please update the facade_attrs of the two classes, so that they contain expandable and carrier_cost?
