Missing options to allow users to input data #114

Some view components such as project parameters and scenario parameters require data input fields and/or option to load the parameters from a .CSV file. These are currently missing in the web app.

Project parameters, scenario parameters and constraints are the three specific view components where forms or data input fields need to be setup.

Missing from the rendered webapp, they are there as view-component :)
