simBEV only supports timerange of 14 days #28

A timerange of 14 days is currently hard-coded, the value from scenario cfg is not used. This should be solved, maybe in combination with the seasonal data #4

Hey @Tk1999s, great to see that you're working on this feature! :+1: Could you merge the current dev into your branch as we changed some things in the main file (in #30)?
