Fix setup and extend readme #50

Fixes #1 Fixes #44

I did some more than just fixing the setup stuff:

Fix setup.py: add missing stuff, correct description, fix requirements [installation tested in fresh env]
Update Readme: install pip+conda, license, RLI logo (visible as soon as merged to master)
Clean up getting started
Remove tests templates
