Generalise trailer component #217

Pull request created for the hydrogen trailer components:

  1. Trailer H2 delivery single
  2. Trailer H2 delivery
  3. Trailer H2 delivery cascade
  4. Trailer gate
  5. Trailer gate cascade

Includes explanations (for rtd) and a new example (example_model_trailer) to demonstrate basic usage of the components.
