Peak Shaving shows unexplained artefacts when used with stationary storages #206

When a stationary storage is used in the peak shaving strategy, the charging of the battery shows peaks that add to the (reduced) charging power of the vehicles resulting in high peaks in grid power. When this occurs, Peak shaving does not really lower the maximum grid supply.

Can you check if this problem still persists with commit 87a44476 (on dev, merged into PR #205 as well)?
