Couldn't get a file descriptor referring to the console #14

I get the error "Couldn't get a file descriptor referring to the console" when running ./setup.sh. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Rather late, but is seems the script assume a graphical environment in which open will launch a browser to view the tmp/check_config.html file. You might get it to work if installing a textual browser such as lynx.
