[x] Create doodle survey with date options (Feb 21, 22, 23)
[x] Post survey to google group
[ ] Send meetup announcement to members with survey link
[ ] create announcement on Meetup page with survey link
[x] post survey link in PDX Data slack
[x] Determine end date for survey
[ ] Schedule meetup event via Meetup.com for the winning date

Created doodle poll, shared on google group as well as rladies slack channel. End date for the poll is Feb 18th.
