consider moving mentoring to content/mentoring rather than data #255

There would be some benefits to this, like being able to use page bundled images, rather than having people place them in assets. and it would mean copying a markdown and edit yamls, rather than jsons, which I think more people are comfortable with?

In theory, there are very minor adjustments needed to make this change, which I think would be much easier for the @rladies/mentoring team to contribute t.

thoughts @rladies/website ?

YAML actually might even be easier to write than JSON? (famous last words)
