A couple of this issues are made by the leadership as reminders to our selves to make the content. This one is Shannon and myself :)

Tooling seems to be mixed as to applications - some are relevant to events and some are relevant to chapter management. What do you think about separating it and moving event tooling (meetup & posit cloud) to events section? Happy to make a separate issue for later if you think good. Otherwise will add posit cloud instructions in the suggested place for now, though will get lengthy.
