Is the organiser form located in this guide? I cannot find it.

Is reading the form clear that it is intended for both new organizers of new chapters and new organizers of existing chapters?

It is not (and probably shouldn't be). The link is sent to prospective organizers once they contact us via chapters@rladies.org. What needs to be clearer in the guide is how to onboard new organizers of existing chapters. If current organizers ask about it, we instruct them to contact the onboarding team via email to formalize the process. In those cases, a new issue is opened on https://github.com/rladies/new-chapters-onboarding/ to update the chapter data on GitHub and Meetup. However, there are many co-organizers who did not go through that process and are not listed here: https://github.com/rladies/rladies.github.io/tree/main/data/chapters. For instance, the Melbourne chapter has 20 co-organizers on Meetup but only 7 in our records.
