R-Ladies Conference Participation #72

Here is a first pass at drafting guidelines regarding conference participation.

I am not sure if Past Events should be a table here, or just link to the rladies_global_presentations repo. However, I do like the idea of showcasing more than just presentations for potential conference events.

  1. Should Past Events be listed here or linked to the presentations repo?
  2. If listed here, how best to do so? I considered a .csv for storage, but I didn't think I could write any R code in the .mds, right? So I just put markdown table in.

OK @maelle & @BatoolMM, I pushed some substantial changes to:

  1. Clarify what an R-Ladies branded event is (well, this is currently a place holder, I could use some help!)
  2. Explicitly state that approval is required for an R-Ladies branded event
  3. Expand financial support
