Organizing people #4

Right now, we add people to a list. It might actually be better to use collections (like I did for publications) to more naturally add new people. Older entries could be changed to alumni when they graduate, and everything would naturally populate.

I've changed this to use _data/people.yml, where we can update tags associated to people.
