add link and replace farmOS with a link #86

Added a link to instead of farmOS Added a link to the readme.md , there was a link that wanted to be added. The link replaced the farmOS that is found on line on the 29 Typo - FarmData2 is powered by the farmOS open source project. Fixed- FarmData2 is powered by the GITHUB open source project.
