I probably won't do another rev for quite some time, but this is my tracking wishlist so far.
smaller and lighter buzzer
remove or reduce filtering on the buzzer
better frequency analysis for the buzzer in general...
JST-GH-6P connectors for everything. pixhawk uses them; frsky uses them; holybro radio uses them. they should be standard for various things that you might attach
a flatter RTC battery connector, the one we have is cheap/bulky/weighty/not flat
larger resistor for the always-on USB / battery lights. they are too bright and it's tough to see the indicators when connected and probably eat too much power
better test points. maybe just do a 2.54mm header on one side of the board? with jumpers to enable/disable stuff? then test board can be a HAT. idk. the test points we have require a pogo fixture which is not bad but also not really ideal for the small-scale prototyping we are doing and the types of hacking an end user might do in the field (e.g. connecting a Pi or other sensors).
stretch, probably not possible:
would love to reduce the size of the board. I think it can be done especially with a smaller buzzer and moving some larger SMT components (all power stuff?) to the opposite side of the board.
