Would be nice to be able to build this into a debian package.

I made a DKMS based deb package (for Ubuntu) at https://launchpad.net/~grugnog/+archive/ubuntu/ipfw - someone also updated it a bit more at https://launchpad.net/~kai-mast/+archive/ubuntu/misc - it shouldn't be too difficult to updated it to newer Ubuntu's and/or port to Debian.

My repo was is probably quite out of date. I'm not maintaining it because there's now an official one, so I don't really intend to do much more here.
