No PTS after filter at frame 0! #22

I won't consider this an issue because it doesn't seem to be an error with VSGAN, not that I can tell anyway. This sort of input is also not really supported. It isn't going to play anywhere near realtime anyway, so I don't seen the point.

The whole No PTS after filter at frame 0 doesn't seem to be a problem with VSGAN's underlying code, but a snowball of problems that happened when trying to load video_in from mpv.

This issue is effectively asking for MPV input support, which I will not do.
