Make bafprp compatible with Coppercom BAF files #31

It has been reported that Coppercom devices can add addition info defined by 
themselves into their baf files.  This data is not defined in the original 
format spec and is instead defined in their own 'modified' spec.  While they do 
have a tool to help filter out their added information, the new information is 
potentially important and should be supported in bafprp.

This bug will track the improvements to add Coppercom's special structures and 
modules into bafprp
