problems with it I am using windows 7 and it says error all the time i tried 
for hours and still would like to use this and it

I won't be able to help until I see the content of your itch-sync.properties 
file and screenshot of the error. Please attach both to the issue.

Hi it says everytime Error occured Please inspect the main window with logs i 
am using windows 7 with an external harddrive,  serato 2.1 
I tried different ways in doing it just problems i tried on my mac G5 desktop 
worked great love it but don't have the ram and harddrive space in my mac but i 
used 3 gig of music and worked great. so i am using the laptop with more ram 
and harddrive but really would like to use the external

I'm glad it works on your Mac. I'm pretty sure there is an error in the 
configuration (itch-sync.properties) on your Windows machine. Unfortunately 
it's impossible to understand why the error is occurring based on your 
description - it just lacks a lot of details.

So, can you please do it in the way I suggested:
1) attach "itch-sync.properties" file from your Windows machine to the issue
2) attach a screenshot of the error

If I don't get these, I won't be able to help and will have to close the ticket 
without resolution.

Hi roman here is my itch sync properties I also send you an email I really want 
this 
program to work It worked great on my mac so I am using the external drive any

Well, 2 issues with your config:
1) "music.library.itch" should be placed on a separate line. otherwise the tool 
will consider it a commented line which starts from "# path to your serato 
library"
2) Serato stores its data in folder "_ScratchLIVE_" on external drives, not in 
"_Serato_" (I believe so).

Geeeezzzz, man. You have three more errors in your config file:
1) mode=gui is commented out, needs to be one a new line
2) the library for external drive is located on it, so it should be "E:\\", not 
"C:\\"
3) and it should be "_ScratchLIVE_", not "_Scatchlive_" (missing 'r')

This is not a support forum. I only accept bugs, and this is clearly a 
misconfiguration...

got it going but it says found the tracks and then it says writing files to 
serato library E Music\ScrathcLive
Unable to detect your serato library It doesn't exist Are you sure you 
Specified the right path

1) check the path to serato DB, that's the only reasonable advice I can give 
you (music.library.itch)
2) if you haven't ever used Serato with this external drive, then the DB is 
likely not created. in this case I would recommend manually starting Serato, 
importing a couple of track from this drive into some crate, and then exiting 
-- it will create E:\_ScratchLIVE_

and I'm looking for some help

I did exactly what you said first it said did not database does n ot exist so 
took 
out where music\\ScratchLive and just put ScratchLive this what came out but 
found all my files but error came out here is the attachment

jolicoeur07 - the tool can't find itch-sync.properties, you either incorrectly 
named it or saved with ".txt" extension

serranojnyc - I think you have an extra trailing space after _ScratchLIVE_

So, guys, this is not a support forum. Please report only bugs here.
