errors with external HD

System:
Windows 7 64bit 4gb ram 
Itch 1.7
serato itch sync 0.1.4

My music is on an external HD, and that may be my problem. After sync is 
complete I get duplicate listings in each crate in itch that says the song is 
on my C Drive.  These are shown in red in itch and have the corrupt file icon 
next to it. Can you help me with this.

music.library.filesystem=F:\\Dads Jams
music.library.itch=C:\\Users\\Dad\\Music\\_Serato_

I updated music.library.itch=C:\\Users\\Dad\\Music\\_Serato_
to read F:\\_ScratchLIVE_
I changed it since my music is on my external drive F
I still get the double items in red, however it is no longer looking on the C 
Drive.
