Not writing parent crates to Subcrate folder #4

I use Scratch Live and not Itch. The sync works correctly, but writes to the
Crates folder in the ScratchLIVE folder. Scratch Live uses the Subcrates
folder for both parent crates and subcrates, not the Crates folder. The Crates
folder is only for legacy purposes (Version 1.6 and below). So I must copy all
the crate files from the Crates folder to the Subcrates folder after syncing in
order for all the parent crates to show up in Scratch Live (tested on version
2.1).

I wouldn't specifically classify this as a bug, as it seems to be working
correctly, it's just how my folders are set up I don't really have any
subcrates. I have a parent folder called "Music 2010" than in that folder I
have a folder for each month (i.e. January 2010, February 2010....August 2010,
September 2010), then in each month folder I have all my songs that I purchased
that month.

So, it writes all the month crates correctly to the Crates folder, but the need
to also go in the Subcrate folder in order to show in Scratch Live (and Itch as
well).
