Sync Tools Error #62

Here's my text file
# mode - gui vs. cmd                                                          
mode=gui                                                                      

# path to your personal music collection
music.library.filesystem=f:/

# path to your serato library                                            
music.library.itch=f:/_ScratchLIVE_

# deletes all existing crates from serato library prior to sync, as well as all 
tracks from "All" view
music.library.itch.clear-before-sync=true

the problem i'm having is it scans ok but when i goto serato itch 2.2
it starts to scan them and it crashes: error  occured
i did notice at the bottom it has a warining msg about one of the folders 
but the main problem is it crashes and says ITCH Application the crashing
