Tracking dependency forks

Tracking issue for all the forks of dependencies we are using and the reason for them:

• cid - Reason: ???
• rlay_ontology - Reason: rlay_ontology is not released on crates.io (and most likely also has it's own git dependencies)
• merkle_light - Reason: fork has a merkle tree implementation that is compatible with the solidity library we use in rlay-protocol
• ~jsonrpc-* - Reason: jsonrpc-ws-server is not on crates.io~ Fixed by #31, as jsonrpc-ws-server is now available via crates.io with version 10.1.0
• rusted_cypher - Reason: https support for neo4j backend
