Hi,

I have a problem with the bottom.label.col parameter that I wanted to point you out.

As the "Color Labels for categories" is still pending, I wanted to use the label colors to specify the groups. The problem is that at the moment of the plotting, the label colours do not follow the vector I gave as a parameter.

ie, for a total of four columns if I give c("Green", "Green", "Blue", "Red") it will print me out something like a Green Red Blue Green sequence of colours.

Am I doing something wrong?

Anyway really nice package! I am looking forward to use it at full of its potential.

I realized it. It takes as a input the original order of the matrix. Davide
