Error 001 with Sonic Color #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. USB loader gx 2.3 with cios d2x v7 base on ios56 v5661 installed
2. Load game on hdd formatted in wfbs with default setting
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game should start as any other one.  But Sonic Colors show black screen
with Error 001.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wii 4.2 NTSC softmod

Please provide any additional information below.
Restart the game with older cios (I used cios38rev17) and the game start 
without problem (same loader version)

It works here.
Try changing loader settings and/or using a new iso.
