It implies that what cannot be solved by a Turing machine cannot be solved by Nature. And that so far, we have not found a problem solvable by Nature that cannot be solved by a Turing machine.
Turing's thesis apply no only to all models of computation, bu aso to all models of computation yet to be discovered.
