Add flag --embed-svg-images #20

a new cli flag --embed-svg-images was introduced to drawio-desktop from 16.1.2. It is to embed Images in exported SVG files. https://github.com/jgraph/drawio/blob/418951e7c5491d2a71a829f5e4986fee16e4e01b/src/main/webapp/electron.js#L250

I wish I could contribute but Rust is not my language. Thanks.
