Repository movings #1232

Hi all,

We're currently using this (rlf's) uSkyBlock repository as the main repository for Ultimate Skyblock. Others are directed to this repository to create issues, PR's, et cetera. With a few people having collaborator status, we're able to at least manage PR's and issues, but the options are limited. Repository management can only be done by the owner at tht moment. This is not an ideal situation for now and might create bigger problems in the future, especially if we ever need to transfer ownership again.

For that reason, I would like to suggest moving to a Github organization. I've setup https://github.com/uskyblock a while ago, but there are a few things that need to be communicated before starting the moving process.

** Current collaborators There are other collaborators on rlf/uskyblock. I'm unsure about their availability and willingness to contribute to uSkyBlock and don't want to add anyone without their consent. If you are a collaborator to this repository and would like to have access to the organization, please let me know, I will add you again!

** Hosting, Maven, Javadocs Using the Github organization fixes the problem of the transferrable ownership of the repositories without the URL changing. Another point is hosting the Maven repository, Javadocs and downloads for Spigot resources. I've registered the cheapest domain name that I could find: uskyblock.ovh. It's currently hosted on some webspace at one or our backup ISP's in the Netherlands (XS4ALL). Generating the repository files and Javadocs is done at Travis CI, so hosting could be very cheap if it ever needs to be transferred without changing the URL for the user.

** Starting the process... If there's anything that I forgot, please leave a message in the comments. There is no need to rush at this point in time, so I would prefer to transition slowly, starting with redirecting PR's to the new repository. We could still push changes to this repository if deemed necessary.

Feel free to drop me a line on IRC or Discord if you want to talk about something specific. Please be aware that I'm not a quick responder, the timezone here is WET (WEST in the summer).

Isn't it possible to contact GitHub and have them transfer everything? Issues, wiki and so on? Wouldn't expect that this issue is a new one to GitHub.
