[Feature Request] Add a 'variance' parameter to the whitewater bubble 'Drag Coefficient' and 'Buoyancy Coefficent' #159

A variance parameter will randomize the Drag/Buoyancy coefficients in the FLIP Fluid Whitewater Panel. This will give the effect of bubbles having a varying size in the domain which could create a more natural looking simulation.

Although the variance parameters are not exposed to the UI, this feature was implemented into FLIP Fluids 1.0.8 (Mar 02 2020). The variance is automatically set internally.
