Register User sees House Area Detail, where non-registered User sees Neighborhood Area Detail Area Statistics Bars not clear icon; add Area Info Property Data Change Within .25 miles of lat/lon to Within .25 miles of Address (if possible)

Property Count should be Number of LB Properties (if fit) DROP Avg Years Old (sold) and Avg Year Acquired) Average Market Value (change format; drop decimals) Average Lot Size (drop decimals)

ADD Neighborhood Data; drop numbers and use 1-5 with colors green to red or bars

Change Avg Sq Ft to Avg Lot Sq Ft

Rank of Neighborhood Attributes (1-5; 5 is high)

• Absentee Ownership ABS_QR_DES Quintile Rank 1-5 value • 311 Calls Visible From Street VIZ3_QRA Visible 311 Calls Quintile Rank (5 is high) • Property Violations Visible from Street PVIS_QRA PV Quintile Rank • Crimes Against Persons CRPER_QRA Quintile Descending • Crimes Agains Property CPROP_QRA Quintile Rank Descending
