Add Legend (explain colors)
Colors: Make Red Distressed, Orange Fair
When select individual house and generate radius, grey out the rest
Search Box: if I enter Neighborhood, then look at area stats, then click a house to see radius and go back to search for Neighborhood, it throws me to home page
Toggle between radius and neighborhood, shows different stats (radius only property counts)
Add Neighborhood below property data
Repeat - If parcel boundaries available, add those to the map background
