Ron. Can you send me the data files you are using? I want to verify all LB properties and explore the quintiles and averages. I just searched for NEIGH and found Neighbors United for Action which is also on Parcel Viewer. Also see Self Help Neighborhood Council which might be correct. Thanks.

Hi. I see the problem with the calculations. When we went to quintiles, we dropped the actual counts. Here is the file I extracted from what Ron sent: image

I think we want to show the quintile ranking, but show the number to the left and the bar for Averages. That will get away from the straight line. I'll work on this with Brent; hopefully we can swap the tables out fairly easily as the only difference will be some added fields # URGENT
