I checked and I don't think this is the case. Toggle quarter mile, then look at properties 5441 E 27TH ST and 5432 E 29TH ST, which are both in the South Blue Valley neighborhood. They will have unique area stats. By contrast, when toggling neighborhood, those two addresses will have the same stats.
Hi Andrei. We got a lot of good feedback. Ron will call with details but now we want this look for Area Stats
[cid:image001.png@01D35CBB.E1417700] Here are the other priorities:
o Shift center of map to right so no overlap with pop-up
o Color scheme
§ For top two BP and Assessed value go 5 quintiles Red-Orange-Yellow-Blue-Green left to right
§ For others, reverse order: Green-Blue-Yellow-Orange-Red
o No numbers at this stage
o See order above
o Make text black as above
o Break line between LB stats at top and Area Stats Below.
o Increase Font Size for LB Stats and make black to stand out.
Add label of Zip Code, Address or NEIGH to type ahead results. For example,
[cid:image002.png@01D35CBB.E1417700] Should say Zip 64112 Kansas City
Collapsible Base Map in upper right by default
Map legend collapsible lower right

Ron will call. I will be available to connect tomorrow and/or wed evening. Let’s set a hangout or call tomorrow night. I’ll send an invite to you and Brent and Ron may be able to join. Thanks; great feedback on what we’ve accomplished so far. Jim

Note: The Green-Blue-Yellow-Orange-Red color scheme was changed to constant green for the top 2 bars and constant orange for the bottom 5 bars.

We changed the default map to .25 vs. NEIGH for unregistered which is good. However, the Area Stats still draw from the Neighborhood Table with labels, etc. It does work for registered users (i.e., pulls .25 stats)
