Andrei. I like the current look. A couple of items:
I think we should move the city average to the left at 2.5 for now; it's currently at 3. We can work with the numbers later.
The Average Assessed Value should be Average Appraised Value 2016, consistent with the mouse-over text; add the 2016 since the others are all 2010-2016
Single Family BP Additions. On mouse over it is not the average, but the count so it should read: Number of Residential Addition Permits in Area
We should add at the bottom: Total Number 2010-2016
Also, Percent Rental Properties should be Percent Absentee Ownership
On the Number of LB Properties, this is really the Number of Residential Improved LB Properties; you set off the numbers from the bars which is good. So, since the area stats refer only to residential improved, how about:
Note added header for Res LB and Area Quintiles; added 2010-2016 to footer
Using above, can we count the number sold/unsold? I was looking at areas and this would be very helpful. So, Residential Improved LB Properties Number Sold Number Available That would help people see areas where there has been some action and they could check it out.
Looks great; still need to figure out what displaying as all are above average.
The Zip Code level seems to work for Unregistered.
Again, same fix for order.
