Icons for the game options menu #19

I need the following icons for the game options menu:

An icon representing settings (such as a cogwheel, or wrench).
An icon representing Gameplay (not sure here, perhaps a chess pawn)?
An icon representing Display (perhaps a computer monitor)?
An icon representing Audio (perhaps a piano, or colorful music note)?
An icon representing Controls (all I can think of is a game controller for this one).
An icon representing Exit (just a classic door icon would be sufficient here).

Please ensure these are in the following format: 16x16 pixels (wxh). I do not need an outlined copy of each of these.
