Limit Switch to Releases in Release Group #46

The Switch menu item allows the user to specify any release with which to replace a release in the catalog. Instead, the user should be presented with a list of releases in the release group, excluding the current releases.

On second thought, let's suggest a list of the other releases in the group, and allow the user to select one of those or enter another release ID.
