combinatorial testing support #13

Roman,

I've added support for combinatorial testing with the "Joined With" keyword to join tables.

See what you think -- I've slipped this in after a big project right before Thanksgiving -- so I'm sort of sleepy. But the test cases seem to run correctly, at least.
