Automated build for Freshen, to do the following:

@rlisagor, I think I can pick some of these tasks up. Do you have any particular preferences for CI environments/services?

I was leaning towards Cloudbees since I've already got a running CI build for my fork at work. I could run this with the nosetests cover plugin to generate HTML reports and have jenkins publish that along side the xunit report.

I'm not entirely sure about the docs given your preferences in #26 'cause I haven't worker with either Sphinx or http://readthedocs.org.
