Feature req: Unaccenting from freedb #460

Hi,

when getting metadata from freedb, it would be very useful to be able to strip 
accents from accented characters, as these are hard to get through file systems 
and also some players mess them up. I've made a simple patch for this using 
webget_ruby_unaccent (attached) - however, for production inclusion, this 
should be probably done via some option that can be turned on in configuration 
of rubyripper.
