Adding basic travis build #2

Hi,

This is just a small travis config which execute the unit test. You just need to authorize the build on https://travis-ci.org :wink:

(you can check my test here https://travis-ci.org/Ducatel/pypaseto/builds/351737642 )

Ps: You can also add this DCO check https://github.com/probot/dco

No problem ;) Do you want to add the auto publication on Pypi ? (on dev version of course ;) )
