Adding real pixel size to cameras #51

Adding real pixel size in micrometer for the display of graph in arc-sec. The 
value goes to the PixelSize variable in every camera.

The default value is 0 and can be set in the brain dialog. If PixelSize is set 
to 0, the display will be in pixel.
