Allow changing the vertical scale of the graph or implement dynamical scaling #54

Would it be possible to allow changing the vertical scale of the graph? This
would make polar alignment (using Dec drift) much easier for temporary mounts
starting from big error sometimes. In such a case Dec / Y line can quickly
disappear from the graph window.

For reference, I think a developer of PHDLab
(http://countingoldphotons.com/phdlab-intro/) did a great job in graphically
presenting what PHD is doing and what it means to tracking.

Marcin

Apologies it should go to Enhancements and not Defects.

Have you looked at PHD2 A4? It has a resizable graph, and I'm wondering if you
didn't see it, or if it doesn't meet your needs?

I didn't spot it is resizable in Y axis. I see now one can change the scale up
to +/- 16 pixels / arcsecs. It should be enough to do a longer run on Dec drift
even if initial polar alignment is off significantly.

Hearing no objections, I'm marking this as fixed.
