PHD2 enhancement for drift alignment #67

I often use PHD for drift alignment. It would be very useful if there were an 
option to display a trend line for DEC on the graph window to give one a way to 
visualize the rate and direction of dec drift.

I added a check-box on the graph window to enable plotting trendlines. When the 
box is checked, trend lines are plotted for dx/ra and dy/dec.
