PHD2: ASCOM mount pulse guide command error can halt phd guiding session with modal dialog box #73

Sometimes I get an error from my mount's ASCOM driver reporting that a pulse 
guide command failed. These errors are generally transient and do not impact 
guiding.

Right now we have a modal dialog box that comes up and says 
"ASCOM driver failed PulseGuide command". This halts guiding until the user 
acknowledges it.

I think we can simply remove the dialog box.
