PHD2 + NexRemote: virtual com port not closing? #78

At the end of the session, I Stop PHD2 and close it.  When I try to close 
NexRemote, it says it can't close because an application still has the Com port 
open.  The only Com port is the virtual port between PHD2 and NexRemote.  It is 
as if PHD2 is not fully releasing the port, when it closes.  Nothing shows up 
in Windows Task Manager Process list.

Configuration

CGE mount.  The mount is operated remotely using NexRemote.

ST-i guider.  USB 2 connection from ST-i to laptop for PHD2.

"On-camera" link to mount in V4, using SBIG cable from ST-i to ST-4 port on 
CGE..  

1.7 GHz desktop with 3 GB Ram, running Windows XP SP3.
