Play sound on DPS cooldown not triggering #5

I have configured a sound to play. The sound is played when I set it, but does not play when my buddy uses their cooldown.

The PI Me! sound does appear to play as expected though

On further testing with some alts it appears to work for some but not for demonic tyrant on demo warlocks

Unfortunately I reported this back in April about some spells not triggering the sound but still triggering the visual. I have since given up on it being resolved though.
