remove phase offset and wrapping in BodeTFPlot #5

Thank you for the pull request. This change would just result in phase wrapping between -180 and +180 degrees instead of 0 to 360 degrees. I am not sure that the former is preferable over the latter. Any reasons why you believe the wrapping should be between -180 and +180 degrees?

v1.1.0 fixes phase wrapping as long as you use gnuplot. This pull request is no longer needed.
