I had this problem too. The problem is that their repo is pointing to a 404 page!
Solution Go to Help > Install new software > Add > Give it a name like "Natural" > Add http://rlogiacco.github.io/Natural You should now be able to check the boxes and install. I did receive errors like unlicensed software etc. Now when you go back to the Marketplace "Natural" will show as Installed.

For me it was mentioned in a Cucumber/Selenium tutorial on Youtube so that's why I needed to use it.
I am unable to install Natural, it shows error as attached
